“Don't Sweat the Big Stuff” Rigging Class

Our primary training program designed to teach introductory rigging techniques. This course is modeled for a weeklong intensive workshop concentrating on moving heavy but fragile museum artifacts.

Course Objectives

  • Introduce basic rigging techniques

  • Investigate and execute rigging of basic shapes

  • Review the contents of a rigging box (tools, straps, and shackles)

  • Practice on gantries and introductory forklift handling
